We host research projects covering a wide range of topics, organise regular events open to the public, publish findings and collaborate with international organisations and civil society to build links between research, policy and activism. Our affiliates include faculty, research fellows and students from across disciplines, and we actively work with other research centres around shared themes.
While our research shifts regularly with our community, the Centre currently has four central areas of focus:
- Reproduction, Sexuality and the Family
- Political Economy, Development and Survival
- Political Participation, Governance and Technology
- Violence and Peace.
