Visiting Students

 

Visiting students can attend up to 12 ECTS  at the Institute during the entire duration of their studies and receive credits and a transcript. Upon successful completion of the course, visiting students are responsible for having their home university validate the credits obtained.

 

Eligibility

 

  • Be registered in a programme post-bachelor (Master or PhD) in a recognised university.

Procedure

 

  • Send the registration form by email, along with a copy of your student card to studentreception@graduateinstitute.ch, no later than Friday, 23 February. No registration will be possible after that date.

  • Course registration will be subject to availability. Please note that workshops (worth 3 ECTS) are not open to visiting students.

  • Please wait for the confirmation of your registration, which will be sent to you as soon as possible by email, on 27 February at the latest, before attending the course.

  • Once registered you can request the recording of the first session of the course(s) you have missed, which will be available on moodle, to the Teaching Assistant/Faculty member.

  • Moodle access : via your University login. In case of any technical problem: servicedesk@graduateinstitute.ch.

  • WIFI: Off-Campus Wi-Fi Access with Eduroam. Or upon request at the Main reception, Petal 1, level 3 (ground floor).

 

Tuition Fees

 

  • CHF 2'500 per course.

  • Students registered in a Swiss Public University are exempted from tuition fees.
