Launch of the First Chapter in India.

On 30 November 2018, New Delhi Chapter Leader, Dr Vivek Joshi, took advantage of Professor Isabelle Milbert’s visit to New Delhi to launch the Institute’s first alumni chapter in India.

There was a group of nearly 30 alumni—from the recently graduated class of 2018 to those who were at the Institute in the ‘80s—present at the Park Hotel. Among them were Sheela Bhide and Shumsher Sheriff who were featured in our alumni news.

The evening was enjoyable and presented a great opportunity to connect with a diverse set of people working in different professions in New Delhi, while in the company of good food and drinks.

The Chapter agreed to convene every few months but also whenever a Professor from the Graduate Institute visited New Delhi.
