PROFILE


Zoi Lafazani is a PhD researcher in International Law at the Graduate Institute. Her doctoral research focuses on the complex legal landscape regulating the use of armed force during armed conflicts, notably in occupied territories, as well as on questions of conflict classification. 
She has previously worked as an Associate and a Legal Adviser at the Legal Division of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), as well as an intern at the Policy and Legal Unit of Geneva Call.   She holds an LLM from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights and a Law Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
