This project sought to boost OHCHR's capacity to track race/ethnicity discrimination. It proposed a shift from surveys to administrative data, resulting in a refined framework with five indicators. While the report urged adopting this methodology and provided data handling recommendations, it acknowledged limitations in data availability and collection feasibility, indicating a need for future research and method expansion.
