Integrating Youth Leadership in Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Response in Humanitarian Emergencies

Through a collaborative approach, this applied research project has develop a practical guideline for the humanitarian and MHPSS sectors to integrate young people's leadership in MHPSS responses in humanitarian emergencies. Following extensive desk research, young people, MHPSS experts, humanitarian professionals and funders were involved in interviews, focus group discussions, a co-creation workshop, and review cycles - ultimately shaping the concise and hands-on guidance document which comes with a Youth Leadership Self-Assessment Scale.
