Feasibility Study Report: Implementing a Farmer Field School

This report examines the feasibility of a Farmer Field School (FFS) in Pitti, Cameroon. Research found two main agricultural practices: traditional small-scale farming and intensive farming by external investors. Local farmers lack water, resources, and knowledge, while land access issues disadvantage women. Pitti's development is split between industrial growth and sustainable progress, hindered by poor infrastructure and market access. Youth show interest in agriculture but lack opportunities and education. An FFS could provide training, support development, and reduce youth migration.
