Enhancing City-level Management and Urban Health Resilience: Multi-Sectoral Approach to Managing Mosquito-Borne Diseases in Phnom Penh through the One Health Framework

Phnom Penh, a city offering economic, education and cultural opportunities for residents' well-being, grapples with the fast-paced urbanization challenges like climate vulnerability leading to more patterns of infectious diseases and health risks to its populations. In response, as the health management in urban context cannot be solved by one sector alone, a multi-sectoral approach, especially One Health, is essential for achieving sustainable and equitable health outcomes. This report will analyze implementing the One Health approach in Phnom Penh for effective city-level health management.
