Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH) reporting: Implementing a victim/survivor-centered approach to detection

This research project aimed to map out factors that drive the efficacy of Protection from SEAH (PSEAH) processes, including policies, practices and frameworks, for sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH) that are perpetrated against beneficiaries of the Global Fund-financed programs, using a victim/survivor-centered approach. Findings from this research resulted in recommendations for The Global Fund and other development financing organizations such as creating an environment of trust for beneficiaries and the critical need to translate PSEAH policies into actions, amongst others.
