India is the one of the high burden country in fighting the TB. However, its role is crucial to develop a new vaccine and distributing it to neighboring coutnries. Given that the geological and political advantage and the infrastructure in India to combat TB, the research is exploring what is the respective roles of stakeholders(Government, NGOs, IOs, PDPs, and Academias), opportunities and challenges to establish a PDP by conducting the semi-structured interviews.
