Tania is a behavioral scientist who has conducted award-winning research on international development work. She currently works for USAID and is also a Faculty Lead for the Applied Research Program at the Geneva Graduate Institute, and she also trains teachers to help their students develop their psychosocial skills so that they can flourish in a world in transition. Tania received her doctorate in the Psychology of Conflict in Northern Ireland from Oxford University. She applies her research to her work and has published extensively in the top journals in the field. Tania also speaks four languages and has worked as a Professor of Psychology as well as for many companies and international organizations. Her experience includes work in over 25 countries.
