After having held teaching appointments at Queen's University and Columbia University, Slobodan Djajic joined the Institute faculty as Professor of International Trade and Economic Development. His current research is mainly in the field of international migration, although his earlier publications cover a broad range of topics including exchange rate and current account analysis, trade in exhaustible resources, macroeconomic implications of commercial policies, and the effects of transfers and foreign aid.
