Mathilde Jacquin El Bajji holds a Master’s Degree in Social Development from La Sorbonne Paris 1, Institute of Economic and Social Development Studies. She also graduated with a degree in Management Science from EM Lyon Business School in France. Mathilde has previously worked for the Education Above All Foundation, for Qatar Foundation for Education and Research, and for international consulting firms. At present, she supports NORRAG’s backstopping mandate to the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. Mathilde holds extensive experience in project evaluation, project monitoring and partnership development in the field of international aid and education, more specifically in the topics of equity, inclusion, and quality. Originally from France, she spent most of her professional life abroad, in Morocco, Qatar and now Switzerland.
