Lucas holds an LL.M. from the Graduate Institute (Summa Cum Laude), a B.C.L./J.D. from McGill University (Dean’s Honor List), and a B.A. from Sciences Po. A member of the Quebec Bar since 2020, he previously served as a Judicial Fellow for H.E. Judge Ronny Abraham at the International Court of Justice and as a dispute resolution lawyer at a leading Canadian law firm. Currently, Lucas assists Ambassador Mario Oyarzàbal at the International Law Commission and coaches the Graduate Institute’s Concours Rousseau team.
