Joshua is a PhD student in International Economics at the Geneva Graduate Institute and is expected to graduate in 2026. Before beginning his PhD, he had completed a master's in International Economics at the Graduate Institute, and prior to that, he completed his honours bachelor's of arts in Economics and Statistics at the University of Toronto. Joshua has worked as an intern at the World Trade Organization in the Economic Research and Statistics Division, and more recently, was a research assistant for Professor Beatrice Weder Di Mauro at the Centre for Economic Policy Research.
