Since she graduated in 2019 with a Master in International Affairs, Jacqueline Kossiwa Tossoukpe has worked for DCAF, UNITAR and
the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs in Geneva, Pretoria and Paris.
Having shaped a profound interest in diversity, equity and inclusion while serving as the first female police officer of African descent in Zurich, she founded a freelance consultancy website which highlights the importance of security sector diversity.
This led her to support and lead large-scale projects in human se-curity, education, development cooperation and diversity management throughout her career. In 2022, Tossoukpe became a Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist for UBS Switzerland, covering a wide range of related topics.
