Profile
Antoine is a PhD candidate in International Economics under the supervision of Prof. Cédric Tille and Prof. Ugo Panizza. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Lausanne and a Master in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen both in Switzerland. Previously, he was an investment analyst for Symbiotics SA, an impact investing company dedicated to financing micro-small and medium enterprises and low- and middle-income households in emerging and frontier markets. He also worked as an economic affairs consultant at UNCTAD (2021-2022),as a summer intern at the International Monetary Fund (2022) and a PhD fellow at the Bank for International Settlements (2023). His research lies in international macroeconomics and finance, public finance, and applied econometrics.
