Professor Anita Ramasastry is the Henry M. Jackson Professor of Law and Director of the Sustainable International Development Graduate Program at the University of Washington School of Law. She is a current member of the United Nations Working Group on Business and Human Rights, appointed as a UN expert by the Human Rights Council in 2016. Ramasastry is an expert in the fields of business and human rights, anti-corruption, law and development, and international commercial law. She is a founding Editor in Chief of the Business and Human Rights Journal, published by Cambridge and a founder and co-president of the Global Business and Human Rights Scholar Association.
