When should I apply


OPENING HOUSING APPLICATION for 2025/2026:

March 3rd, 2025, 11AM - Opening of renewal applications for current residents until March 24th, 9AM

March 24th, 2025, 11AM - Opening of applications for IHEID newly admitted students, with exclusive priority until April 14th, 9AM

April 14th, 2025, 11AM - Opening of applications for other higher education institutions, interns, etc., in addition to IHEID admitted students. We will close the applications once all rooms are sold.

STUDENT IHEID- UNIGE- HES-SO

In order to apply for accommodation and benefit from the student rates, you will need to provide:

  • A valid student certificate from IHEID- UNIGE or HES-SO
  • The copy of your passport/ID

OTHER STUDENTS - INTERNS OR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS IN NGO /IO/ UN

In order to apply for accommodation and benefit from the '' non student rate'' you would need to provide:

  • A valid student certificate in any university in Geneva OR
  • A young professional / intern contract (or certificate) with a NGO/ OI/ UN
  • The copy of your passport/ID

SHORT STAY

We are providing a few short stay apartments from 1 to 30 nights maximum. Who is eligible? Students, visiting fellow workers from IO/ NGO / UN.

PARKING

Our underground parking is located at the Grand Morillon Student Residence, Rue Michelle Nicod 8, 1202 Genève.
Only externals (non-residents) should use this link to register for the portal and residents should instead use their existing credentials to log in to the portal to book a parking space.

After your first connection to the portal, you can log in to the portal directly with your credentials in order to view their parking booking, make another booking in the future, and pay for it.
