The Zurich Chapter and Save the Children had a very interesting event on Thursday 5 October. Four alumni presented their work at Save the Children within the frame of the current migration crisis. About 20 participants attended this event and heard about how this NGO operates, how child friendly zones are set up and work. In addition, and we heard about the latest Mediterranean vessel mission from Sofyen who had spent the last two weeks on the field.
About 20 asked great questions and we had highly interesting and lively discussions. We will now definitely read the news with a different mindset and understanding of the situation.
