The Graduate Institute Alumni Chapter in Vienna was launched on 19 February 2013 and was officially recognised by the Committee of the Alumni Association on 13 June 2013. A diverse group of ten former students across generations and professions met in the capital of Austria for a social get together. Participants welcomed the idea of contributing to the Institute’s worldwide network and discussed plans for future activities in and around the Danube city.

The Vienna chapter committee is made up by Rico de Faria ('67), Tiphanie Crittin ('05), Sybille Giriens ('08), Diana Bashur ('08) et Anaïs Salvin ('04).
