The Albert Hirschman Centre on Democracy mourns the sad passing of Professor Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Mohamedou, Professor of International History and Politics, Deputy Director, and Director of Executive Education at the Geneva Graduate Institute. Professor Mohamedou, Mahmoud to friends, was affiliated with the Centre since its inception and played a key role in its development. The Centre remembers his generous contribution and support and recalls some his public appearances on this page in homage to his memory.
