An international colloquium on "The Law of Nations and Natural Law, 1625-1850" will be held on November 5-6 at the University of Lausanne. Among the panelists, Vincent Chetail will present on “Sovereignty and Migration in the Doctrine of the Law of Nations from Vitoria to Vattel”.
