Bernard Zen-Ruffinen was recently selected to be the newest recipient of the Association of Executive Search Consultants’ 2013 European Award for his outstanding contribution to the executive search profession.

Mr Zen Ruffinen is president of regional operations at Korn Ferry, a global recruitment firm. 

Bernard Zen-Ruffinen has over fifteen years of management and CEO experience in Europe and the Americas. He has been in the executive search industry since 2000 and has recently managed a large transformation of Korn Ferry's regional focus from traditional executive search to leadership and talent advisory.

Bernard Zen-Ruffinen earned a degree in international economics and contemporary history from the Graduate Institute, Geneva in 1981.
