This panel conversation brings together the Permanent Representatives of Honduras and El Salvador to share their personal journeys in foreign service and reflect on the gendered dimensions of diplomacy in the region. Through their lived experiences, the panel will explore the challenges women face in diplomatic careers, the progress toward greater gender equity, and how these diplomats navigate and influence the evolving role of Latin America on the global stage.
