Social Clauses in Trade Agreements: Implications for the Private Sector in Developing Countries
The Clinic students assigned to this project were asked by the International Organisation of Employers to prepare a legal memo analyzing the types of social clauses that currently exist in trade agreements, their implementation at the domestic level (especially in developing countries) and their direct implications for the private sector.
Assessing National Laws for the Implementation of CITES
The Clinic students assigned to this project were asked by the CITES Secretariat to prepare a legal memo analyzing the national laws of selected states on the implementation of CITES, as well as identifying good practices/innovative legislation adopted by these states.
