Marco Lotti is the External Relations and Partnerships Manager at Diplo and the Geneva Internet Platform (GIP). Since 2017, Marco has been engaging with external stakeholders and coordinating the Geneva-based network of Diplo for several initiatives, including the Road to Bern via Geneva Dialogues and the CyberMediation Network. 

Diplo is a Swiss-Maltese non-governmental organization that specializes in capacity development in the field of Internet governance and digital policy. 

The purpose of the TechSec coffee chat series is to bring in experts, practitioners, researchers, and other great thinkers to offer IHEID students networking opportunities and insights about the forefront of digital technologies and policymaking.
