The Rare Voices in Economics initiative is a joint initiative by PhD students at the Graduate Institute Geneva, the University of Geneva, the University of Lausanne, and EPFL since 2019.

During the workshop, we will discuss the most recent literature assessing diversity in the field of economics. In particular we will discuss research that focuses on identifying gender differences in the economics profession and research that focuses on increasing diversity in economics.
