Event connection

Join us for a screening of The Mind Game a gripping documentary following the difficult journey of unaccompanied minor refugees, exposing the mental pressure they endure.

After the film, we will delve into a panel discussion with the film makers and key decision-makers on the trauma, systemic violence and barriers to safety these young refugees face and how . We will explore potential systemic approaches to reducing trauma for young people seeking sanctuary and having reliable access to support services in their destination country.

We will also be collaborating with universities across the UK who will be gathering together to watch the screening and participate in the discussion.

This event is organised jointly by the Gender Centre and Médecins Sans Frontières UK Take Action Group.
