The MINT programme invites all Graduate Institute students to an informal lunchtime conversation with Ambassador (ret.) Fred Tanner to discuss the situation in Ukraine and the world’s response. 

This conversation presents an opportunity to explore and discuss the causality of this war, its humanitarian, political and military dimensions, the impact of the Western response and solidarity, as well as the space for negotiations and a possible post-war settlement.
