Dr Yasmin Naqvi is Special Advisor to the Deputy Director-General of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, as well as Visiting Professor in the LL.M. in International Programme at the Geneva Graduate Institute. She previously worked for the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, the International Criminal Court, the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Right, and the International Committee of the Red Cross. Dr Naqvi holds a PhD and an MA in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and BA and LLB (Honours) degrees from the University of Tasmania, Australia.
