Historically as well, the control over production of knowledge has been the key to the success of the “grand old professors” as well as that of the young technocratic Anglo-American lawyers during the days of petro-dollar arbitrations.
Kusum Dhanania, PhD candidate in International Law, aims to identify the individuals who are involved in the production of knowledge; or said in another way competing to control the production of knowledge in the field of investment law and arbitration.
