Who is this workshop for?

  • For current students and to alumni up to 2 years after graduation.
  • For students who are stressed before and during an interview.
  • For students who have a hard time preparing for interviews properly.
  • For students who manage to get interviews but can’t seem to get the position.
  • For students who struggle to answer interview questions.

An upcoming interview for a dream job can trigger excitement, stress, and even sleepless nights. What is interesting to notice is that most people will be stressed prior to an interview but will simply work on their intellectual preparation such as practicing the most common questions that could come up and researching the organisation. While that is certainly important to do, it is also wise to work on your mindset prior to the interview so you can assure a certain level of confidence and serenity that will greatly improve the quality of your answers and the overall interview experience.

Preparation also covers more ground than expected. One could think researching the company is enough, however we will discuss other elements that need to be looked into: the interviewers, the kind of interview it could be (online/in person, competency-based interview or case study, etc…), the job or internship description itself.

During the How to succeed at your interview workshop, you will also have a chance to practice your interviewing skills and the structure of your answers.

We walk you through everything from how to prepare yourself beforehand to how to handle tricky questions during the interview.

Through this workshop, you will be able to learn :

  • To become confident during interviews.
  • To enjoy the process of interviews.
  • To answer questions smoothly and in the right manner.
