Geneva Trade Week 2024

, - ,

Maison de la Paix & WTO

Geneva Trade Week 2024 will bring you a range of exciting events, meetings, panels and receptions from September 9-13.

Designed to enhance your experience at the World Trade Organization’s Public Forum, Geneva Trade Week is all about bringing the trade community together and facilitating critical conversations about the burning issues in trade policy.

By creating spaces where political, economic and academic actors can meet and exchange ideas, we hope to support the growth of the networks required to design and implement practical solutions.

What to Expect

Engaging Dialogues

Geneva Trade Week brings you exciting sessions both as part of the WTO Public Forum formal program and on its margins.

From updates on the progress of trade and environmental discussions to fiercely contested trade debates among future trade leaders, Geneva Trade Week is there to make your trip to the home of multilateral trade even more valuable.

This year’s program will feature a mix of public sessions at the Graduate Institute, events on the Public Forum formal program, and private invitation-only expert gatherings we’re facilitating in partnership with other organizations in the Geneva trade eco-system.

Networking Receptions and Breakfasts

With trade policy increasingly at the top of the agenda, this year’s WTO Public Forum will see more new faces than ever before.

Geneva Trade Week’s receptions, hosted atop the beautiful Maison de la Paix just a few minutes walk from the WTO, offer the community a chance to mingle, exchange ideas and build lasting connections – while our breakfast meetings facilitate brainstorming and dialogue.
