Geneva Peace Week is a leading annual forum in the international peacebuilding calendar in which organizations in Geneva and their international partners come together to share knowledge and practice on a diverse range of topics relating to the promotion of peace across contexts and disciplines.
Geneva Peace Week 2022 will take place both in-person and also online from 31 October to 4 November 2022. GPW seeks to create an increased number of spaces for physical, in-person meetings for professionals who are able to attend in Geneva. As the Geneva Peace Week brings together citizens and experts, thinkers and doers to share experiences, build knowledge and expertise, and empower everyone to work collectively towards peace, the opening and closing ceremonies of GPW are open to the general public and welcome everyone, on-site in Geneva.
The overarching theme of GPW22 is ‘Peace is Possible'.
The Online & In-person Workshops and Digital Series for Geneva Peace Week 2022 have been organized into four thematic tracks. There will be daily High-Level Panels held for each of the thematic tracks below, open to the public.
In addition, each day of the week is dedicated to a specific thematic track. You can learn more about the daily thematic tracks here.
Throughout the week, each day will have its own High-Level Panel. You can register for the daily High-Level Panels here.
