After the resounding success of the second forum, the Contemporary East Asia Studies (CEAS), a student initiative at the Geneva Graduate Institute, is back with its flagship event titled “Geneva Forum on East Asia 2023”. 

East Asia is a geopolitically heated region. It is at the centre stage of all fields of academia, i.e., economic, security and cultural. In such a context, concise dissemination of information is more important than ever. 

The vision of the forum is to initiate and increase deliberation and knowledge about the region. The forum brings together ambassadors, practitioners, and academia to discuss interactively, and to better understand pathways to integrate the region within the international development and governance agenda.
