This event focuses on a proposal for alternative approaches to international health financing to meet the needs in middle-income countries (MICs).

 An Incentives for Health (I4H) Alliance is suggested to encourage collaboration between MICs, Ministries of Health and Finance and also provide a needed complement to traditional development assistance. The author of this I4H proposal will join us for this event:

Claire Chaumont has worked with Accenture's healthcare practice and led several multi-country reserach studies in Mexico. She is currently completing her doctorate in public health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, researching the gaps in drug development for NCDs in low- and middle-income countries.
