The project "Infrastructuring Democracy: The Regulatory Politics of Digital Code, Content, and Circulation" (SNSF/CNPq) (Geneva Graduate Institute, PUC-Rio, The University of Edinburgh) will host a talk with Dr. Silvio Luiz de Almeida, Brazil's Minister of Human Rights and Citizenship. In this event, the Minister will share his perceptions and thoughts about the connections among human rights, democracy, and the Internet in the contemporary age. The panel will be held in Portuguese, and translation to English will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis.
