Philippe Stoll is a Senior Techplomacy Delegate at the ICRC where he is engaging with different stakeholders such as authorities, tech giants, start-ups and academic circles in order to defend, maintain and/or expand, ICRC’s neutral, impartial, independent humanitarian action in the digital world.

The purpose of the TechSec Coffee Chat Series is to bring in experts, practitioners, researchers, and other great thinkers to offer IHEID students networking opportunities and insights about the forefront of digital technologies and policymaking.
