The Global Migration Centre is pleased to invite you to a public lecture by Dr. Ibrahim Awad on The future of migration in North Africa.
This lecture will explore migration trends from three North African countries - Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia - by identifying the driving factors of population movements.
Dr. Ibrahim Awad is Visiting Fellow at the Global Migration Centre and Director of the Center for Migration and Refugee Studies at the American University in Cairo. He has worked for the League of Arab States, the UN and the ILO, holding positions such as Secretary of the Commission, UN-ESCWA; Director, ILO Sub-Regional Office for North Africa; and Director, ILO International Migration Program.
