Regional Academic Coordinator for English-speaking Africa
Matteo is working as a consultant, providing technical assistance and evaluation services to central and local governments, to development agencies, as well as to local and international NGOs in Europe, Southeast and Central Asia, and North Africa. His main areas of competences are institutional building, public administration reforms and projects/programs evaluation. He is coordinating the DPP in English-speaking Africa since 2012.
