Michael M. Kubayanda Named Vice Chairman of U.S. Postal Regulatory Commission

In a unanimous decision, the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) voted to designate Commissioner Michael M. Kubayanda as Vice Chairman. He will serve out the remainder of a six-year term set to expire November 22, 2020. Mr Kubayanda holds degrees from Georgetown University, Northwestern University and the Ohio State University.
