Roland Paris has expertise in the fields of international security, international governance and foreign policy. His book, At War's End: Building Peace After Civil Conflict, has won the 2007 Grawemeyer Award for Ideas Improving World Order. He is currently co-director of the Sustainable Peacebuilding Network (SPN), an international research initiative involving more than 20 scholars examining the requirements for sustainable peace in countries emerging from civil wars.
