Moot Court Competitions
Moot Court Competitions are an excellent complement to the high-level programmes offered at the Graduate Institute, confronting students with challenging legal problems. Every year the Institute participates in several international Moot Court competitions.
Master students can join the Institute's team as participants while interested PhD students can act as coaches. The selection procedure takes place in late September.
This year, students at the Graduate Institute will be taking part in the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition and the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition.
The Graduate Institute won the first prize in the 2018 ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law and, in 2019, the students won second place in the First European Regional Round.
