Entry requirements


Selection is primarily based on candidate’s professional experience, motivation, and applicability of the programme for their current or future career.

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, or a degree deemed to be equivalent (no particular discipline required)

  • A minimum of 8 years’ full-time work is highly recommended, participants typically range between 30 and 50 years of age

  • Proficiency in English is required (no certificate is needed, although interviews can be requested to validate capacity)

Executive Master in International Negotiation & Policy Making
Diploma of Advanced Studies (30 ECTS)
Requires successful completion of Modules' assessments and final paper

This programme counts towards the  Master  of  Advanced Studies (MAS) in International Strategy and Leadership

Programme assessments


To successfully complete the programme, participants must:

  • Attend a minimum of 80% of the face-to-face sessions - participants can miss a maximum of 5.5 days of classes

  • Successfully complete each module's assessment

  • Submit a final assessment - a research or policy paper on a subject of your choice related to your working environment or of relevance for your professional development
