In an interview with the Policy Center for the New South, Professor Ugo Panizza talks about debt sustainability in Sub-Saharan Africa and the influence of China.

In an interview with the Policy Center for the New South, Professor Ugo Panizza discusses what types of investments are adequate for being financed by debt and how debt sustainability can be maintained. He stresses in particular the importance of an adequate debt structure. Furthermore, he also addresses the question whether China represents a risk for the future of debt sustainability in Sub-Sahran Africa.
