Giordano Neuenschwander, turned a Capstone Project (Applied Research Seminar) from his Master in Development Studies at the Graduate Institute into a career opportunity. He currently supports people with refugee or migrant backgrounds in establishing their own businesses through SINGA Switzerland, which was co-founded by an Institute alumna, Seraina Soldner, and has two alumni on its board: Michael Bimmler and Anna-Lena Schluchter.
