Panelists include Mr Salim Raad, Coordinator and Heavy Weapons Expert; Ms Savannah de Tessières, Light Arms Expert; Mr Simon Dilloway, Finance Expert; Mr Yousef Serhan, Maritime Expert; Mr Theodore Murphy, Regional and Humanitarian Expert. Dr Mohammad-Mahmoud Ould Mohamedou, Visiting Faculty Member at the Graduate Institute and Head of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Programme, GCSP will be the Respondent. GCSP's Academic Dean will Chair the event.
