Abstract

The talk will address the regional expression of the international crisis of multilateralism. The focus will be on practice of cooperation, construction of institutions  and political imaginary for the deployment, threat and control of the use of violence in the region. The demise of regional projects and its effect on theses practices and institutions will be discussed.
