The Peace and Conflict book series is an authoritative source of cutting-edge data and analysis about significant patterns, trends, and relationships in domestic and international conflicts, other types of political violence and societal upheaval, and peacebuilding and justice activities to address these issues.

The latest edition will be presented by the co-editors:

  • David Backer, Assistant Director, CIDCM, and Associate Research Professor, Department of Government & Politics, University of Maryland
  • Ravi Bhavnani, Professor and Head, Department of International Relations/ Political Science, the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies
  • Paul K. Huth, Director, CIDCM, and Professor, Department of Government & Politics, University of Maryland; Editor, Journal of Conflict Resolution

They will describe and engage with the discussants and the public on key findings about mapping dynamics of conflict, violence and upheaval observed around the world.
